1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms," "Agreement," or "T&C") govern all aspects of your relationship with gilibb and your use of our online gaming platform located at gilibb.cam. By creating an account, depositing funds, placing wagers, or otherwise accessing any part of our Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety;
• You agree to be legally bound by all provisions, restrictions, and requirements set forth herein;
• You meet all eligibility requirements specified in Section 2 (Eligibility and Account Registration);
• All information provided during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete;
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines;
• You acknowledge that gilibb reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time with or without prior notice.

Continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such modifications. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. The date of the most recent revision appears at the top of this document.

1.1 Additional Policies and Documents

In addition to these Terms, your use of gilibb is governed by our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Anti-Money Laundering Policy, Bonus Terms and Conditions, and game-specific rules. All such policies are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the binding legal agreement between you and gilibb.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdictional Requirements

To register and maintain an account with gilibb, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher;
• Be a resident of the Philippines or a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Not appear on any self-exclusion list or PAGCOR exclusion registry;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of gilibb or its related entities;
• Not have been previously banned or had an account closed by gilibb for violation of these Terms.

gilibb employs age verification procedures during account registration. You will be required to submit valid government-issued identification (Philippine driver's license, passport, or UMID card) before withdrawing funds. Failure to provide satisfactory identification results in account suspension and withdrawal denial until verification is completed.

2.2 Account Registration Process

When registering an account with gilibb, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current;
• Create a strong, unique password and keep it confidential at all times;
• Not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances;
• Immediately notify gilibb of any unauthorized access to your account or breach of security;
• Accept full responsibility for all activity occurring under your account credentials.

You are permitted one account only. Creation of multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or use of accounts in other persons' names (including family members) is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon discovery of multiple accounts, gilibb reserves the right to close all such accounts, void all wagers, cancel all winnings, and confiscate all deposits without refund.

2.3 Account Verification

gilibb reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, national ID);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, government correspondence) dated within the last three months;
• Proof of payment method ownership (credit card photos showing first six and last four digits only, e-wallet screenshots, bank statements);
• Selfie photographs holding identification documents for biometric verification;
• Source of funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals as required by anti-money laundering regulations.

Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days results in account suspension. Withdrawals are not processed until account verification is satisfactorily completed.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

gilibb accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and direct bank transfers from major Philippine banks including BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and others as specified on the deposit page. All deposits are subject to the following terms:

• Minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (One Hundred Philippine Pesos);
• Maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per time period as displayed on the deposit interface;
• Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name;
• Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be rejected or refunded;
• Deposits are generally credited instantly but may take up to 24 hours during banking holidays or technical issues;
• gilibb does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose their own charges;
• You must wager deposited funds at least once before withdrawal eligibility.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing

Withdrawals from gilibb are subject to identity verification, account standing, and the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 (Five Hundred Philippine Pesos);
• Withdrawals must be made to payment methods registered in your own name;
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5-10 minutes for GCash/PayMaya, up to 24 hours for bank transfers;
• First-time withdrawals require identity verification and may take up to 72 hours for processing;
• Bonus funds subject to wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until requirements are met;
• gilibb reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000;
• Withdrawal fees may apply as specified on the withdrawal page;
• Anti-money laundering regulations require withdrawal to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible.

3.3 Currency and Conversion

All financial transactions on gilibb are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP/₱). If you deposit funds from a source in another currency, your financial institution or payment provider will convert the funds, and applicable conversion fees and exchange rates are beyond gilibb's control.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

All bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other offers provided by gilibb are subject to specific terms and conditions that must be read and accepted before claiming. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are available to players who meet eligibility criteria specified in individual promotion terms;
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn;
• Wagering contributions vary by game type (slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute less);
• Maximum bet limits apply when wagering bonus funds (typically ₱100-500 per spin/hand);
• Bonuses may have maximum win caps regardless of actual winnings;
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim offers, results in forfeiture of bonuses and potential account closure;
• gilibb reserves the right to modify, cancel, or terminate promotions at any time without prior notice;
• Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus is active at any given time;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value;
• Failure to meet wagering requirements within specified time periods results in forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings.

Players are strongly encouraged to read the specific terms and conditions of each promotional offer before opting in or claiming bonuses. Ignorance of bonus terms does not excuse violations thereof.

5. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

gilibb is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting players who may be at risk of developing gambling problems. We provide the following tools and resources:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control spending;
• Loss Limits: Establish maximum loss thresholds per time period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after specified continuous play durations;
• Reality Checks: Pop-up displays showing current session duration and profit/loss;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your account for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take breaks from 24 hours to 6 months with account access restricted during this time.

Once self-exclusion or limits are activated, they cannot be reversed or reduced until the specified period expires. gilibb also supports PAGCOR's National Self-Exclusion Registry and will honor requests from players registered therein.

6. Prohibited Activities and Account Closure

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gilibb and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Underage gambling or allowing minors to access your account;
• Creating multiple accounts or using accounts in names other than your own;
• Collusion with other players or coordination of betting patterns;
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts;
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities;
• Bonus abuse including systematic exploitation of promotional offers;
• Money laundering or use of the Platform for any illegal purpose;
• Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes;
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward staff or other players;
• Providing false or fraudulent documentation during verification processes.

Upon detection of prohibited activities, gilibb reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close your account, void all pending wagers, confiscate all funds in your account including deposits and winnings, and report your activity to relevant authorities including PAGCOR and law enforcement if warranted.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on gilibb, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, game content, and trademarks, is owned by gilibb or its licensors and protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game technology;
• Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
• Use gilibb branding, logos, or content for commercial purposes without written permission;
• Frame or link to the Platform in any manner that suggests affiliation or endorsement without authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW:

gilibb PROVIDES THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

gilibb DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Platform will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free;
• Any defects or errors will be corrected;
• The Platform or servers are secure or free from malicious code;
• Results of any games are guaranteed or predictable;
• Information provided on the Platform is accurate, complete, or current.

IN NO EVENT SHALL gilibb, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, REVENUE, OR OPPORTUNITIES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE LESSER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT OF DEPOSITS YOU MADE IN THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ₱100,000 (ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PHILIPPINE PESOS).

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of gilibb shall be resolved as follows:

• Step 1 - Customer Support: Contact our customer support team via live chat or email to resolve the dispute informally;
• Step 2 - Formal Complaint: If unresolved, submit a formal written complaint to our compliance department;
• Step 3 - PAGCOR Arbitration: If still unresolved after 30 days, submit your complaint to PAGCOR for final arbitration;
• Step 4 - Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings must be brought exclusively in the appropriate courts of the Philippines with jurisdiction over the matter.

You agree that PAGCOR's decision on any dispute is final and binding on both parties. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against gilibb.

10. General Provisions

10.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intent, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and other policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and gilibb regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written.

10.3 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any rights or obligations under these Terms without gilibb's prior written consent. gilibb may freely assign these Terms and all rights and obligations hereunder to any third party without notice or your consent.

10.4 Waiver

No waiver by gilibb of any breach or default under these Terms shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach or default. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.

10.5 Force Majeure

gilibb shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, government actions, labor disputes, internet failures, or technical malfunctions affecting third-party service providers.
